1-2-3 Water Ski

Activity: Lay your child on her back on a soft and flat surface. Hold her hands and pull them towards her right. She will gradually roll to that side. Then pull her hands to her left. She will gradually roll to that side. Move her feet towards her head, move her knees to her chest.
Take hold of her hands and gradually pull her body a little off the floor. Start slowly and as she gets older she will be comfortable being pulled up all the way to a sitting and then standing position. As you practice this say, “1…2…3…Waterski!” She will start to anticipate this game as she hears you counting.
