There are the 2 primary passes:
1) Chest Pass
Step 1: Hand Position
Hold the ball with your hands on the sides of the ball.
Step 2: Release
You should aim at your partner’s chest. The ball is in the air all the way to your teammate.
Step towards your teammate.
Your thumbs should be pointed down when you release the ball.
Step 3: Follow Through
When you release the ball, the backs of your hands should be facing each other and your thumbs should be pointed down. This will cause backspin.
Your hands should be pointed towards the person you are passing towards.
2) Bounce Pass
Use the same form as for the chest pass. In addition,
The pass is aimed at the floor about 2/3 of the way to your partner.
The receiver should get the ball at about their waist.
