Lay on your back on the floor. Lay your baby on your stomach and rock back and forth & side to side. Pop in a CD or sing songs as you rock.

Have your child lift her arms or legs as you’re rocking.Have your child sit on your stomach as you hold her by the waist. Pretend to be a seesaw – when you are down, she is sitting up. When she is down, you are sitting up. This is actually exercise for both parent and child.
